DELTA, Ohio (WTOL/CNN) - An Ohio man kidnapped his infant son, and killed the boy's mother before police caught him in IN, according to authorities. She died at the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest. "We did search the house, and she did give us the name of Mr Ramey".
