In a recording of the mayday call from LiveATC.net , the pilot can be heard telling the control tower that he was trying to get a little altitude before saying, "I lost my right engine". Two people were injured in the small plane crash. He did not know say the extent of the injuries. Arrivals were halted at the airport for about 45 minutes after the crash. (more...)
