One of the FSB agents charged was Dmitry Dokuchaev, an officer in the FSB's Centre for Information Security, the office tasked with investigating cyber crimes. US prosecutors may never get their hands on Dokuchaev, Sushchin and Belan, all of whom are protected in Russian Federation. Also indicted in the alleged conspiracy that authorities said began in January 2014 were Dmitry Aleksandrovich Dokuchaev, 33, Igor Anatolyevich Sushchin, 43, and Alexsey Alexseyevich (Magg) Belan, 29, all Russian ... The attempts made by the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to cut crude output, in order to increase oil prices, faces a big blow, as USA drillers increase the count of oil rigs. The U.S.is growing the market while OPEC is attempting to retreat spells trouble for the Middle Eastern conglomerate. The two automakers confirmed back in February that they were discussing the possibility of an Opel deal, but according to the Reuters' article, two unnamed sources with inside knowledge of the agreement told them that the two sides had agreed upon the deal, and that PSA's board actually approved the move just this morning, with an official announcement expected to come on March 6. The Fed raised interest rates for only the second time in adecade at its policy meeting last December, but has forecastthree rate increases this year on the back of the lowunemployment rate - now 4.8 percent - and risinginflation. She said the Fed's employment goal had largely been met and inflation was perking up.
