CBS and Dish Network have reached an agreement, ending a blackout in some markets and allowing Dish customers in the Boise area to once again watch CBS content, including football games. "We are pleased we have reached a deal with DISH, who recognizes the value that the number one Network brings to viewers in these markets", said Ray Hopkins, CBS Corporation's President of Television Networks Distribution, Deadline reports. Adobe Insights, which measures 80 percent of online transactions at 100 major US retailers, said mobile transactions are "hitting record highs" this holiday season. Eastern Time, an 18.4% growth over a year ago. For years, Black Friday , the day after Thanksgiving, remained one of the busiest shopping days of the year, even though it is losing its preference these days with more and more online shopping. In the wake of India's rating being upgraded by global credit rating agency Moody, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said it is "encouraging to gain worldwide recognition and not something that's happening in isolation". Baa2 rating means investment grade with moderate credit risk, and is two notches above the junk grade. USA toymaker Hasbro Inc (HAS.O) has made a takeover approach for rival Mattel Inc ( MAT .O), the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. It blamed some of the decline on the recent bankruptcy filing of retailer Toys R Us Inc. "Both companies would benefit from a merger, but Mattel stockholders might oppose a deal that values the company on its depressed stock price", said Erik Gordon, a professor at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
