One person is dead following a shooting attack at a high school near Spokane, Wash., according to multiple reports. Sacred Heart has confirmed the three victims, we're told are children, in their hospital are in satisfactory condition.

Their injuries are not known. He did not offer more details on the student who was killed, or on the status of the suspect, whom police took into custody earlier today.

All Spokane Public Schools and the surrounding school districts were placed on lockdown following the shooting.

According to a school resource officer, there were 4 people shot.

According to reports in USA media, one student was killed and five other people injured in the horror.
