French group Total buys Maersk Oil in $7.5 billion deal
That equates to Total transferring about 97.5 million shares, or 3.8% of its company, to Maersk. Total would also assume $2.5 billion in debt as part of the transaction.

Moreover, Bandai Namco announced a special edition version of the game for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, titled the Dragon Ball FighterZ CollectorZ Edition.
