Trump should have been 'much harsher' with Charlottesville statement, Scaramucci says

The author of the memo Rich Higgins who was in the strategic planning office at the NSC was among those recently pushed out

Asked if he believed "Bannonbart" had an influence on President Trump's thinking, Scaramucci replied: "I would say no".

Scaramucci, who was sacked after a vulgar recording of him slamming Bannon was published by The New Yorker, would not say whether the president will fire Bannon, but did say that he spoke with Trump this week.

Former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci talks with reporters during "Regional Media Day" at the White House in Washington, DC on July 25.

The controversial ex-White House figure asserted Sunday that he "wouldn't have recommended that statement".

"What happens in Washington.is the president is not a representative of the political establishment class, so for whatever reason the people have made a decision that they want to eject him", Mr Scaramucci said.

Ousted White House communications boss Anthony Scaramucci claims there are figures in Washington actively working against President Donald Trump.

Scaramucci acknowledged that he made a mistake and was sacked for it by giving a profanity-laced interview to The New Yorker's Ryan Lizza during his short time working at the White House.

Washington Nationals star Bryce Harper suffers ugly-looking knee injury
Rizzo diagnosed the bone bruise as significant but said he is optimistic that Harper will return later this season. Harper lunged toward first base and appeared to slide on the bag, hyperextending his left leg.

The "alt-right", though once a term used to describe millennial and hipster conservatives, is now reserved for white nationalist groups and websites.

Scaramucci has been a vocal critic of Bannon and offered a cryptic response when asked if Bannon should go. But you've also got this sort of Bannonbart influence in there which I think is a snag on the president. "I'm not trying to build my own brand" on the president's coattails", he added. On Saturday, the president had blamed "many sides".

Republicans and Democrats immediately criticized Trump's lackluster condemnation.

"Listen, there's probably mutual disappointment on both sides, again I have to be accountable for what I did and I am", he said.

Earlier in the day Axios.com portal reported, citing sources close to the president, that US President Donald Trump allegedly suspected that his Chief Strategist Steve Bannon was the one behind the leaks about the latter's White House colleagues.

Scaramucci acknowledged to ABC that The New Yorker interview may have cost him his White House job.

"Can you and Steve Bannon still work together", Todd asked. "The president's going to do what he wants to do, how he wants to do it, but I think it's important for the people around him to give them direct advice, to be blunt with him".
