The incident happened on July 13, but police just released the video on Thursday.

The woman in the BMW was hospitalized, but police expect her to be okay.

Cardinals find a new mascot in #RallyCat, but now it's missing
One woman, a flight attendant named Becky, was intently searching for the Rally Cat Thursday afternoon in City Garden. Just look at those reactions - she was positively fighting to keep running, leaving him desperate to hang on.

The woman reportedly mistook the gas pedal for the brakes and crashed through the parking garage's barriers. After the crash, he told local TV station KVUE, he was turning around with his window down when he heard something "I was talking to my mom on speaker on my phone, and I heard all these loud noises and bangs...."

Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services responded to the parking garage at 508 Brazos Street around 8:30 a.m., after the vehicle broke through a barrier and plunged into an alley.

"I can just imagine what she was thinking when I had said, "a vehicle just landed on me, I gotta go", he said. A bystander helped the 24-year-old driver escape.

Littlefield was cited for unsafe conditions for its barrier cable systems in that incident.
