Casey Affleck's wife of 10 years, Summer Phoenix, has filed for divorce from the actor today, according to US Weekly.

Phoenix is reportedly seeking joint physical and legal custody as well as spousal support, according to the court documents filed Monday.

Phoenix and Affleck began dating in 2000 after an introduction by Joaquin.

Actress Summer Phoenix brought her petition in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Casey and Summer were introduced to each other by the latter's brother in the mid-1990s. They Wednesday in June, 2006 following the birth of their first child.

Casey's representatives have confirmed the news from People about the couple's divorce. Affleck is the younger brother of actor and director Ben Affleck. The two separated after more than 13 years together.

Affleck won the Oscar for Best Lead Actor in 2016 for his role in Manchester by the Sea, amid a cloud of sexual harassment accusations during the filming of a 2010 documentary.

In March, Affleck's rep confirmed to ET that the couple had split up, stating, "Casey and Summer have amicably separated".
