Youngstown police arrested Arturo Novoa, 31, on a warrant for abuse of a corpse Saturday night.
Novoa allegedlytold a friend that his electricity was out but needed to store a freezer in the friend's basement at a home in Campbell, Ohio.
Despite noticing the freezer was locked with a padlock, Eshenbaugh agreed to take it in. The pair also received a bond of $1 million, which was set by a local judge. She is also in the Mahoning County Jail, charged with abuse of a corpse and obstruction of justice.
Graves, 28, was added to the Ohio Attorney General's Missing Persons' website earlier this month after concerns about her well-being since she missed her birthday, Easter, and Father's Day.
