Gaga, a sexual assault survivor, has been an outspoken supporter of Kesha throughout the years-long ordeal, but Dr. Luke's legal team alleges that Mother Monster has information regarding false statements Kesha made about Dr. Luke.

The hot topic Luke wants her to open about is a text message convo between Kesha and Gaga.

The lawyers' statement that "various third parties are being deposed by both sides, including celebrities" could also mean that Lady Gaga may be the first in a list of celebrities called to the stand.

Repeated requests for Lady Gaga to sit for a deposition have been met with responses from her own attorneys, describing a busy scheduled filled with acting schedules and concert dates. "Gaga believes Dr. Luke is only trying to draw press by exaggerating her role in his case against Kesha and by falsely accusing her of dodging his requests".

Kesha's former producer, Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, has sued her for defamation, after Sony finally removed him as the CEO of Kemosabe Records. However, Luke fired back and sued her for defamation.

Jared Leto wore a weird mask when he attended Comic-Con in NY and Daniel Radcliffe donned a Spider-Man mask. She portrays Maz Kanata in the Star Wars films, and we will see her playing Nakia in Black Panther soon.

Lady Gaga was further tied into the legal proceedings when Kesha's lawyer, Mark Gregaros, implied on Twitter that Gottwald may have allegedly sexually assaulted Gaga as well. Today, Dr. Luke always tries to clear his name and wants Lady Gaga to testify in person in this case.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Lady Gaga did not submit any written statements, but did redact too much of the content to prove useful in the court of law.

He has now "issued a subpoena on Lady Gaga", meaning she could have to deliver evidence in a three-hour sit-down interview. In August, she dropped her lawsuit against Dr. Luke in California in an effort to focus on creating new music, according to her legal counsel.

Dr. Luke's lawyers have previously expressed interest in obtaining those text messages.

In February, Gaga showed her support to Kesha in a tweet. "Somebody that has such a lovely light within them, so much talent to give - just to see that light burn out because they feel that no one's listening to them, I feel that it's my responsibility to stand up for her when there's a lot of people that are not listening to her plea for love, for people to have compassion and empathy".
