Paris' youngest brother was taken into custody when he allegedly violated the restraining order his ex-girlfriend Hunter Daily Salomon took out in 2015 after their split by breaking into her mother E.G. Daily's house and stealing her father Rick Salomon's Bentley auto.

But Paris Hilton's unhinged baby brother is accused of first stopping at the house of Salomon's dad, Rick Salomon and swiping his Bentley, sources told TMZ.

The New York Daily News reported Hilton arrived at the home driving a Bentley that belonged to Salomon's father, Rick - the same man with whom Paris Hilton filmed a sex tape that was infamously leaked in 2001.

LAPD spokesperson Jenny Houser confirmed to PEOPLE that the 23-year-old heir to the Hilton family fortune was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of grand theft auto and violated a restraining order.

It wasn't immediately clear whether he had obtained a lawyer.
