Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, speaking at the company's eighth annual developer's conference, again expressed condolences for the family of Robert Godwin, Sr., a 74-year-old man who was gunned down Sunday in Cleveland - an apparent random homicide that was immediately posted to the killer's Facebook page.
The shooting video was visible on Facebook for almost two hours before it was reported, the company said. Police said Stephens might be driving a white or cream-colored Ford Fusion, and asked anyone who spots him or his auto to call police or a special Federal Bureau of Investigation hot line (800-CALLFBI).
Pennsylvania State Police confirmed Stephens' identity and said he took his own life as officers approached his vehicle. "We would have liked to have brought Steve in peacefully and really talked to him about why this happened". Authorities in Cleveland have expanded their manhunt nationwide for Stephens, a man suspected of gunning down a retiree and posting a video of the crime on Facebook.

"Once a piece of content is reported by users as inappropriate, it is typically reviewed within 24 hours", the report noted. His mother reportedly said that Stephens had told her he was killing people because he was angry at his girlfriend.
Cleveland police are saying the video never should have been shared.

Police claim that, while attacking him, Stephens said in the video that his girlfriend drove him to commit the crime.
Stephens was placed on the FBI's most wanted list and attracted a $50,000 bounty for information leading to his arrest. They say state police tried to pull him over and, after a brief chase, he shot himself.
